Based on a principle of heat expansion and cold contraction, a fixing part is heated to a high temperature firstly; the width of a pre-fabricated strip-shaped groove is increased; then the rolled needle is inserted rapidly; next, the temperature is reduced; and the strip-shaped groove is contracted to clamp the tungsten-copper rolled needle. By virtue of the technological method, the advantages of simple steps, convenient production, high product quality, long service life and easy popularization and application, and the like are achieved.
