The method comprises the steps of S1, inputting a decision-making object (objective) by a user; S2, determining a criterion set, defining a semantic variable, inputting user preference information, and inputting other parameter information used by a system, wherein the set must be complete and non-redundant; S3, calculating a weight of each criterion according to different types of criteria; S4, generating a multi-criterion original scoring matrix according to items input by the user, the defined criteria and the parameter information; then performing triangular fuzzy number and weighted processing on the original scoring matrix in sequence to obtain a weighted user-item scoring matrix; S5, gathering score values under different criteria into an overall approach degree of the objective by using a modified fuzzy TOPSIS method; S6, further processing the approach degree obtained in the step S5 by using a linear combination calculated by |
