Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-strength heat-resisting and cold-heading steel wire rod and a production method thereof. The high-strength heat-resisting and cold-heading steel wire rod is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.38 to 0.50 percent of C, 0.30 to 0.40 percent of Si, 0.75 to 1.00 percent of Mn, less than or equal to 0.015 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.015 percent of S, 0.90 to 1.20 percent of Cr, 0.35 to 0.45 percent of Mo, 0.25 to 0.35 percent of V, less than or equal to 15 ppm of [O], less than or equal to 45 ppm of [N] and the balance of Fe and trace impurities. The wire rod is microalloyed by Cr-V-Mo, thus ensuring that elements are uniformly dispersed and the gas content is well controlled, and the wire rod can be high in heat resistance.
