Zusammenfassung: | A preparation method of a carbon material hydrogenation catalyst comprises the following steps: preparing graphene oxide from graphite through a modified Hummers technology, processing the graphene oxide to prepare a solution with the concentration of 8-15 mg/ml, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, and carrying out a hydrothermal synthesis technology to prepare reduced graphene oxide; and filtering and washing the reduced graphene oxide, drying the washed reduced graphene oxide, and carrying out high-temperature heat treatment under the protection of inert atmosphere in order to prepare the reduced graphene oxide catalyst. The catalyst has the advantages of high hydrogenation activity and large-scale production.
种炭材料加氢催化剂的制备方法是以石墨为原料通过改性Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯,将氧化石墨烯制备浓度为8 mg/ml-15 mg/ml的溶液,先经过超声处理,在通过水热合成法制备还原氧化石墨烯;还原氧化石墨烯经过滤洗涤,并进行干燥处理,在惰性气氛保护下进行高温热处理得到还原氧化石墨烯催化剂。本发明具有加氢活性高,可大规模生产的优点。 |
