Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a gasification power generation process using herbaceous plants planted by humus soil obtained by composting treatment of a garbage undersized material. The gasification power generation process comprises the following steps of performing composting treatment on the garbage undersized material in a garbage treatment process to obtain the humus soil; then planting the herbaceous plants by using the humus soil, and preparing harvested herbaceous plants into rod-like or blocky solid waste derived fuel (RDF-5) by techniques such as breaking, dehydrating, drying and producingg rods; pyrolyzing and gasifying the RDF-5 into flammable gases; performing gas power generation by using the flammable gases; and enabling waste heat gases generated in the gas power generation process to be respectively used for garbage drying and oxygen supply for pyrolysis gasification.
