The invention aims to provide a wiping head for cleaning. The wiping head comprises a wiping plate and a sponge mounted on the front end face of the wiping plate. A groove for storing a cleaning solution is formed in the wiping plate. The opening of the groove faces the sponge and is sealed by a sealing rubber piece. The sealing rubber piece is provided with leakage holes, so that the cleaning solution in the groove can seep into the sponge. The wiping plate is further provided with a through hole. The sponge is located in the front of the through hole. A water nozzle is mounted at one end of the through hole. External wall can seep into the sponge through the water nozzle and the through hole.
