The invention provides a special culture medium for tissue culture of bamboo reeds. The special culture medium comprises the following components according to the content: an MS basic culture medium, 6g/l of agar, 0.5mg/l-1mg/l of indolebutyric acid (IBA), 0.1mg/l-0.5mg/l of active carbon and 0.5mg/l-1mg/l of thidiazuron.
