The preparation method comprises the following steps: raw material deslagging; element mixing and raw material-melting, prepared alloy solution refining, alloy solution solidifying into quick condensed sheets, quick condensed sheets crushing for coarse magnetic powder, coarse magnetic powder crushing in winnow system and coarse magnetic powder collecting in separation and collection mechanism.
