Circuit board with electronic tag and manufacturing method thereof

The invention discloses a circuit board with an electronic tag. The circuit board comprises a substrate, a circuit board circuit layer, an RFID antenna circuit layer and an RFID chip. At least one of the two opposite side surfaces of the substrate is provided with the circuit board circuit layer. At least one of the two opposite side surfaces of the substrate is provided with the RFID antenna circuit layer. The RFID chip is electrically connected with the RFID antenna circuit layer. The circuit board with the electronic tag is simple in preparation method, low in manufacturing cost, and not prone to being damaged and stolen.
