Pretreatment method for analysis of natural dissoluble organic matter sample by ESI-FT-ICR-MS

The present invention discloses a pretreatment method for analysis of a natural dissoluble organic matter sample by ESI-FT-ICR-MS. The method comprises the following steps: (1) filtering a water sample by a micropore filter membrane, adjusting the pH value of a filtrate to 2-3; (2) enriching the water sample treated in the step (1) by a solid-phase extraction column; (3) washing the solid phase extraction column treated in the step (2) with ultra pure water for desalting treatment; (4) conducting gradient elution on methanol with different concentration gradients and collecting an eluent; and (5) conducting methanol removal and concentration on the eluent obtained in the step (4), and setting the volume to obtain the sample for ESI-FT-ICR-MS analysis.
