Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a concrete accelerating agent comprising rapidly cooled steel reducing slag powder, and more specifically to a powder-type accelerating agent comprising rapidly cooled steel reducing slag powder which is added to cement for shotcreting work to accelerate the strength development by means of rapid hardening, the accelerating agent comprising a mixture of sodium carbonate, gypsum, slaked lime, sodium aluminate, a thickener, and rapidly cooled steel reducing slag powder produced by spraying and scattering electric furnace smelting reducing slag, from among by-products generated during steel smelting in a steel mill, with high-pressure and high-speed gas for 5-60 seconds to rapidly cool the smelting reducing slag from 1300-1600 to 40-90 DEG C, and then pulverizing to a powder of 3000-12000 cm2/g.
