Intelligent kitchen safety system

The invention discloses an intelligent kitchen safety system based on a Z-Wave technology. The intelligent kitchen safety system comprises three major units, i.e., detection, control and notification. The detection portion of the system is composed of a smoke sensor, a combustion gas sensor and a water sensor, the control portion is composed of a combustion gas mechanical control valve and a water mechanical control valve, and the notification portion is composed of an intelligent gateway. The intelligent kitchen safety system has the following advantages: detection is performed through the detection portion, once abnormities occur in the detection portion, the corresponding control portion is controlled to act, and users are notified through the notification portion.
