The device is composed of an omnidirectional antenna, a signal amplification circuit, a filtering circuit, an A/D conversion circuit and an FPGA minimum system. The omnidirectional antenna is composed of a first magnetic bar antenna, a second magnetic bar antenna, a first adjustable double-connection capacitor, a first magnetic ring transformer, a second double-connection capacitor, a second magnetic ring transformer and a third magnetic ring transformer.
