The positioning method comprises the steps of acquiring original observation data; acquiring high-precision coordinates of the base station; according to the moment of the high-precision coordinates, searching original observation data at the moment from the acquired original observation data, and generating differential data from the original observation data at the moment; and calculating the coordinates of a mobile station based on a base vector between the mobile station and the base station and the differential data. By adopting the technical solution, each receiver does not need to have the capability of receiving and processing enhancement signals, only the receiver capable of performing traditional RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) calculation can acquire the high-precision coordinates in real time and has the function equivalent to the effect of receiving and processing enhancement signals, a
