Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for measuring contents of flavonoid components and piperine in a compound preparation xiao aifei by using an HPLC method. The method comprises the following steps: weighing a compound preparation xiao aifei sample, performing extraction on the sample by using methanol, filtering an extracting solution, feeding the extracted to-be-tested solution into a high performance liquid chromatograph, and according to the measured chromatographic peak area and a standard curve, obtaining contents of quercetin, kaempferide, pinocembrin, galangin and piperine. Chromatographic conditions are as follows: a C18 chromatographic column, the detection wavelength of 280 nm, a mobile phase including acetonitrile A-1% phosphoric acid solution B-methanol C, and gradient elution: 0-12 min, 28% A : 52% B : 20% C, 12-13 min, 28% A to 30% A, 52% B to 50% B, 20% C to 20% C, 13-45 min, 30% A : 50% B : 20% C.
