The alloy solves the problem of a poor heat conduction coefficient of the existing commercial magnesium alloy. The high-thermal conductivity corrosion-resistant multielement magnesium alloy comprises, by mass, 3.5-6.5% of rare earth elements, 2.0-4.0% of aluminum, 0.2-0.8% of manganese, 0.08-0.15% of calcium and the balance a magnesium ingot and impurities. The casting ingot has a heat conduction coefficient of 112W(m-k), tensile strength of an extruded bar is 320Mpa, yield strength is 240Mpa, an elongation percentage is 13%, a standard neutral corrosion test level in 48h is greater than or equal to 9, density is less than 1.80g/cm , the alloy casting ingot has a steady creep rate less than or equal to 8.52*10 s(-1) at 175 DEG C/50Mpa, and the total creep deformation amount in 100h is less than or equal to 0.284%.
