Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a nucleic acid group, a kit and a detection method for carrying out typing detection on rickettsia by using a real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and in particular relates to determination for Belli group rickettsia, spotted fever group rickettsiae and typhus rickettsiae. The kit provided by the invention is convenient to use, fewer in used reagents, low in cost, high in detection specificity and high in sensitivity; after the detection method is adopted, the rickettsia of the same sample is detected in a manner of genetic typing, so that the operation process is greatly simplified, the repeated operation steps are reduced, the time is shortened, the labor force consumed by repeated operation is reduced, and the cost is effectively lowered; therefore, the rapid screening for a rickettsia genotype is realized.
