Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a strain of Pythium and applications thereof, and belongs to the field of biological pesticides, wherein the Pythium spp strain is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on April 11, 2016, and has the preservation number of CGMCC NO.12238, and the address is Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, 3# Court No.1, Beichen West Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The invention further provides applications of the Pythium spp strain in preparation of biological drugs for inhibiting the hatching of Meloidogyne egg, and applications of the Pythium spp strain in preparation of biological drugs for poisoning Meloidogyne second instar larvae.
