The nutritional soft sweets with the fungal yeast comprise the following components in parts by weight: 55-75 parts of the fungal yeast, 15-25 parts of edible sugar, 3-6 parts of gel and 0-0.5 part of citric acid. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparation of the fungal yeast of sugarcane juice, preparation of mixed gel liquid, cooking, moulding and drying.
