Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a composite contact lens, which sequentially comprises a hydrophilic silicon-containing hydrogel layer and a hydrophilic hydrogel layer from the direction close to the eyeball surface to the direction away from the eyeball surface, wherein the hydrophilic silicon-containing hydrogel layer has oxygen transmittance of 60-180 equivalent and water content of 30-60 wt%. The present invention further provides a preparation method of the composite contact lens. According to the present invention, the composite contact lens has the hydrophilic silicon-containing hydrogel layer having the specific range of the oxygen transmittance and the specific range of the water content, such that the structure and the preparation process of the composite contact lens are simple, and the required specific range of the required water content can be maintained.
