The circuit board assembly comprises a PCB (printed circuit board) and a shielding cover, wherein the PCB is provided with a bonding pad, the shielding cover comprises a body, and the body is welded on the bonding pad so as to form a shielding space. The circuit board assembly is characterized in that the shielding cover further comprises a connection strengthening portion, wherein the connection strengthening portion is connected with the PCB.
