The invention discloses a battery cell fast matching device, which comprises a device body, wherein the device body comprises a control module, a gating circuit module and a detection module used for measuring voltage of battery cells; the detection module and the gating circuit module are electrically connected with the control module; the detection module and the gating circuit module are connected with the battery cells; the device body is provided with a battery cell box used for accommodating the battery cells; and the device body is provided with electrode needles which are used for enabling the battery cells and the gating circuit module to form a closed loop.
