Process for removing enamelled leather from motor coil of washing machine

The invention discloses a process for removing enamelled leather from a motor coil of a washing machine. The process comprises the following steps of S1, putting a coil-inserting stator on a peeling machine, arranging four outgoing line ends in the winding on the coil-inserting stator, and performing curvilinear regulation on the enamelled leather on the surface of a varnished wire; and S2, putting the outgoing line ends at a position which is 40-60mm from the slot opening of the peeling machine, and then removing the enamelled leather from the outgoing line ends by the peeling machine for a length of 4-10cm. By adoption of the process, the enamelled leather can be efficiently removed from the motor coil of the washing machine; and meanwhile, the process is simple, convenient to operate, and low in cost. 本发明公开了种洗衣机电机线圈去漆皮工艺，包括以下步骤：S1：将嵌线定子放在去皮机上，然后将嵌线定子上绕组中四根出线头整理并曲调漆包线表面漆皮；S2：将出线头放在距离去皮机槽口40-60mm处，然后用去皮机对出线头进行去漆皮，去漆皮长度为4-10cm。本发明能够高效的对洗衣机电机线圈进行去漆皮，工艺简单，操作方便，成本低。
