Commutator

The invention discloses a commutator comprising a plastic mold core and copper commutator segments. The external circular surface of each copper commutator segment is provided with a bonding wire slot in a top position. Every two adjacent copper commutator segments are insulated and isolated by a mica sheet. The commutator is characterized in that the top end face of the plastic mold core is higher than the top end faces of the copper commutator segments, the top height of the mica sheets is greater than the top end face height of the copper commutator segments and smaller than the top end face height of the plastic mold core, and the top end faces of the copper commutator segments form independent half-surrounded spaces after being isolated by the mica sheets; and the external circular surface of each copper commutator segment is designed into a slope except the top, and the external circular surfaces of all the copper commutator segments jointly form a conical cylinder which has a large top and a small bott
