The invention provides a method for optimizing action performance of a mechanical electrical and hydraulic device. The method is based on a main steam isolation valve driving apparatus and comprises the following steps of listing out action performance indexes of the mechanical electrical and hydraulic device: selecting influence parameters; obtaining influence law curves of the selected influence parameters for the action performance indexes of the mechanical electrical and hydraulic device, and taking the curves as optimization constraint conditions; proposing a target optimization function; setting action performance index weights; and revealing influence law curves of the influence parameters for the target optimization function, and obtaining an optimal action performance index and a corresponding influence parameter of the mechanical electrical and hydraulic device.
