Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a highly-efficient surface plasmon resonance second harmonic signal generating material, a preparation method therefor and application thereof. Based on the nanoimprint technology and the electrochemical deposition technology, the method can prepare solid phase-ordered silver nanopillar arrays with a three-dimensional shape, and through the regulation of electrochemical deposition time, the gap at the top of each silver nanopillar reaches sub-10nm. It is proved that the three-dimensional metal array structure can better excite the plasmon resonance effect of the surface of the structure and has the excellent surface plasmon resonance second harmonic signal amplifying capability with an enhancement factor of about 1300 (compared with rough gold film), so that the structure can be used as an ideal second harmonic signal generating material. A new design thought is provided for the preparation of plasmon nonlinear nanostructure materials.
