The uninterrupted power supply power characteristic testing instrument comprises an analysis processing and controlling unit, a detection unit and a load unit. The detection unit and the load unit are connected to the analysis processing and controlling unit. The analysis processing and controlling unit is formed by an ARM chip and a peripheral circuit. The load unit is also connected to the output end of the uninterrupted power supply. The load unit comprises multiple load combination modules which are in a pairwise parallel connection and are connected to the controlling unit and a heat radiation module. Each of the load combination modules comprises a load and a switch which are in series connection with the output end of the uninterrupted power supply.
