Health monitor for turbine flow meter

A monitor module for a turbine flow meter includes a receiver that receives a sequence of pulses sent by the turbine flow meter. A frequency identifier identifies a frequency of the pulses in the sequence of pulses and a mean identifier identifies a mean frequency of frequencies of pulses.
