The invention relates to a novel constant temperature and humidity control device and a space humidity control method. The novel constant temperature and humidity control device comprises a control device body, a fan, a dehumidifier, a high pressure sprayer, a heater and a controller, wherein the dehumidifier is used for a refrigeration system; an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the side wall of the control device body; the fan is mounted at a place, close to the air inlet, in the control device body; an evaporator for the refrigeration system is mounted at a place, close to the air outlet, in the control device body; the heater is mounted in the control device body; the controller is mounted on the side wall of the control device body; and the fan, the refrigeration system and the heater are in signal connection with the controller.
