Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a ballastless track roadbed high polymer injection lifting method. A roadbed at least comprises a graded broken stone layer, a supporting board and a roadbed slab from bottom to top. The method includes the following steps that firstly, an injection region and the lifting amount are determined; secondly, the positions of injection holes are marked, and the graded broken stone layer is drilled to certain depth to form the injection holes, wherein when a non-curve segment of the roadbed is lifted, the surface of the roadbed slab is perpendicularly drilled to form the injection holes in the middle of the roadbed, and the positions from the supporting board to the middle of the roadbed are obliquely drilled to form the injection holes in the two sides of the roadbed; thirdly, injection pipes are inserted in the injection holes to the bottoms of the injection holes; and fourthly, high-pressure injection equipment is adopted for injecting a high polymer injection material into the graded brok |
