Additive for producing melt-blown nonwoven fabrics, and use method thereof

The invention discloses an additive for producing melt-blown nonwoven fabrics. The additive is prepared from 0.05-5wt% of fatty acid amide and 95-99.5wt% of di-tert-butyl peroxide. The invention also discloses a use method of the additive for producing melt-blown nonwoven fabrics. An additive and low-melt index polypropylene raw material mixture contains 0.3-10% of the additive. The additive can improve the fluidity of the melt blow raw material, and can be added to low-melt index polypropylene in order to directly produce the melt-blown nonwoven fabrics, so the product quality is ensured, the flow is simplified, the cost is saved, and the efficiency is increased. 本发明公开了种生产熔喷无纺布的添加剂，包括按重量比例的下述组分制得：脂肪酸酰胺0.05-5％和双叔丁基过氧化物95-99.5％。本发明还公开了种生产熔喷无纺布的添加剂的使用方法，添加剂与低熔融指数的聚丙烯原料混合料中含有0.3～10％的添加剂。采用本发明，能提高熔喷原料的流动性，添加至低熔融指数的聚丙烯中可直接生产熔喷无纺布，既确保产品质量，又简化流程，节省成本，提高效率。
