Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a primary tumor cell culture composition and a use thereof. In a RPMI 1640 culture medium containing 10% fetal calf serum, the primary tumor cell culture composition comprises, by weight, 5-15% of adiponectin, 30-50% of TGF-beta1, 10-30% of IGF-1 and 20-40% of LIF. By using the medium provided by the invention, a growth rate of the primary tumor cells extracted and isolated from the cancer patients is increased and tumor cell culture time is obviously reduced. 本发明公开了种原代肿瘤细胞的培养组合物及其应用，由以下组份组成：在含10％胎牛血清的中RPMI 1640培养中，按重量百分数计，加入以下组份的混合物：脂联素5％～15％、TGF-β30％～50％、IGF-1 10％～30％、LIF20％～40％。使用本发明的培养基，可使从癌症患者体内提取、分离得到的原代肿瘤细胞生长增殖速度提高，明显降低肿瘤细胞培养时间。
