The base plate material is prepared from a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 parts of chain extender A-1, 0-50 parts of water A-2, 10-100 parts of foam stabilizers A-3 and 0.1-2 parts of catalysts A-4, and the component B is prepared from polyether polyol B-1 and isocyanate B-2 by reaction, wherein the content of the isocyanato of the component B is 1%-10% (w/w), and the ratio of the amount of the isocyano in the component B to the amount of hydroxy in the component A is 1.05-1.15. The polyurethane material has better wear resistance, fatigue resistance and resilience characteristic; in addition, a fiber-reinforced layer is added to a novel small-radius curve base plate prepared from the polyurethane material, the transverse deformation resistance of the base plate can be greatly increased,
