The invention has the advantages that the concrete antalkaline agent is prepared by introducing a plurality of active materials, calcium hydroxide generated in a cement hydration process is rapidly absorbed, and high-strength micro-crystals are produced, so that the compaction of mortar and concrete members is greatly improved. Meanwhile, by introducing resin materials, the speed of allowing calcium hydroxide to diffuse to the surface is reduced, and a saltpetering phenomenon on the concrete surface is effectively relieved.
