The invention discloses a phosphate tailings acidolysis pilot-test apparatus and process. The apparatus comprises an acid mixer and a pulp tank respectively connected with a reaction tank. The reaction tank is connected to a filter unit through a pipeline and a pump, and the filter is connected with a filtrate tank, a discharge system and a washing system. The process includes: adding water to phosphate tailings, and making in the pulp tank into pulp, adding water to concentrated sulfuric acid in the acid mixer to obtain sulfuric acid solution, adding the pulp and the sulfuric acid solution respectively into the reaction tank for reacting, filtering with the filter unit, collecting and preserving filtrate for subsequent processing, and washing residue to obtain phosphorus gypsum.
