Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for in-vitro oriented screening and verification of acetochlor resistant bodies for peanuts. The method mainly comprises the steps that oriented screening for acetochlor resistant bodies is carried out on peanut explants cultured and obtained after induced mutation on a culture medium with acetochlor added; four weeks later, survival explants are transferred to a recovery growth culture medium to be cultured; regenerated plants are obtained through screening, leaves of the regenerated plants are taken and put into an acetochlor solution, and verification of acetochlor resistance is carried out. According to the method, acetochlor resistant bodies are screened and verified in an oriented mode through in-vitro culture, operation is convenient, limitation of seasons is broken through, and a great amount of manpower and a great quantity of material resources and financial resources can be saved.
