Information notification method, information transmitting and receiving device thereof and information reading method

The invention relates to an information notification method, an information transmitting and receiving device thereof and an information reading method. The information notification method is applicable to the information transmitting and receiving device, which comprises a memory module and is connected to a first electronic device. The information notification method comprises the steps of: receiving message information from the first electronic device, and temporarily storing the message information in the memory module; transmitting a broadcast signal; receiving a connection signal, wherein the connection signal is sent back by a second electronic device after receiving the broadcast signal; and matching the information transmitting and receiving device with the second electronic device for connection according to the connection signal, and transmitting the message information to the second electronic device after establishing connection. The invention further discloses a corresponding information reading
