A method of producing the annular wall structure of crystal oscillator, which comprises: providing a ceramic substrate; providing a copper enclosure bulkhead, the copper enclosure bulkhead has opposite first surface and second surface; and putting the first surface of the copper enclosure bulkhead on the ceramic substrate and conducting a sintering reaction in vacuum, inert or reducing atmosphere until forming a copper oxide layer and an eutectic layer between the ceramic substrate and the copper enclosure bulkhead. The opposite surfaces of the copper oxide layer connect to the copper enclosure bulkhead and the eutectic layer respectively. And the opposite surfaces of the eutectic layer connect to the copper oxide layer and the ceramic substrate respectively. Wherein the material of the eutectic layer is copper-alumina oxide.
