The ordering element provides at least one piece of ordering information to the diet management server. The diet management server is composed of a communication unit, a storage unit and a processing unit. The communication unit is used for receiving ordering information provided by an ordering element; the storage unit is used for storing multiple pieces of menu information, wherein each piece of menu information includes at least one dish containing at least one kind of food material ; and the processing unit connected with the communication unit and the storage unit electrically is used for screening an optimal menu from the pieces of menu information according to the ordering information received by the communication unit.
