Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a PC-based industrial robot control system and a PC-based industrial robot control method for an unmanned machine room. The PC-based industrial robot control system comprises a computer, an industrial robot, a converter and a robot controller, wherein the computer is used for human-computer interaction and control of the industrial robot; the converter is used for information transmission; and the robot controller is used for controlling the industrial robot to operate. The PC-based industrial robot control method comprises the steps of connecting the computer and the industrial robot, reading the status of the industrial robot, sending out an instruction, transmitting the instruction and starting the industrial robot to complete corresponding actions. According to the PC-based industrial robot control system and the PC-based industrial robot control method for an unmanned machine room, the operation of the industrial robot is controlled by the PC through programming and address mapping
