According to the invention, a movable counterweight loading lever automatically coupled with wear depth is constructed for applying a constant contact crushing stress automatically coupled with the wear depth on a block-on-ring friction pairs so as to guarantee that contact stress between the friction pairs always maintains unchanged; actual friction and wear conditions of the roller are accurately simulated through block-on-ring friction and wear experiments and tests under the constant contact crushing stress, so influence of a variety of working condition parameters on the wear performance of the roller can be researched.
