Yarn breaking switches (4), yarn winding switches (10), yarn breaking devices (6) and display lamps (3) are additionally arranged on a common twisting machine; when some yarn breaks in the working process of the twisting machine, that is to say, the yarn breaking switches are switched on to enable electromagnets to be energized, cutting knifes work to cut off the yarn; when another condition that the twisted yarn is wound on roller shafts or rubber compression rollers occurs, the yarn winding switches act to enable the electromagnets to be energized, and push rods drive the cutting knifes to move forwards to cut off the yarn; meanwhile, the switches work to enable the yarn breaking and winding display lamps to work; the yarn breaking and winding display lamps are arranged at the positions which are over the yarn breaking switches and are convenient for installation and observation.
