| Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of powder containing anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (A) mixing 20-60 parts by weight of an anti-freezing agent and 40-75 parts by weight of a matrix containing the anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria, so that a mixture containing the anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria is prepared, wherein the matrix containing the anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria includes the anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria, and the anti-freezing agent is either polyethylene glycol or dimethyl sulfoxide; (B) freeze-drying the mixture containing the anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria, so that the powder containing the anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria is prepared. Therefore, the powder containing the anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria prepared by the invention is convenient for transportation and preservation.
