The hydraulic valve comprises a pneumatic controlled hydraulic valve, at least two electrically controlled pneumatic valves, a control gas circuit and a hydraulic oil circuit. The hydraulic oil circuit comprises a pressure oil circuit, a return oil circuit and a driving oil circuit, and both the pressure oil circuit and the return oil circuit are connected to the position between the pneumatic controlled hydraulic valve and a hydraulic oil power source. The driving oil circuit is communicated between the pneumatic controlled hydraulic valve and a controlled hydraulic device.
