Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a regeneration method for a low-temperature SCR denitration catalyst. High-temperature flue gas between a flue gas turbine and a waste heat boiler is used for eliminating ammonium bisulfate deposited on the surface of the catalyst, and therefore the activity of the inactivated low-temperature SCR denitration catalyst is recovered to 80% of the initial activity or above. By using the regeneration method, the low-temperature SCR denitration technology can be applied to the denitration process of high-sulfur-content catalytic cracking flue gas without any transformation on an existing waste heat boiler. 本发明公开了种低温SCR脱硝催化剂的再生方法,该方法利用烟气轮机和余热锅炉之间的高温烟气,以清除催化剂表面沉积的硫酸氢铵,从而使失活的低温SCR脱硝催化剂的活性恢复至初始活性的80%以上。使用本发明方法无需对现有的余热锅炉进行改造,即可将低温SCR脱硝技术应用于高含硫催化裂化烟气的脱硝处理过程。
