Zusammenfassung:The invention provides (strawberry-flavor) wafer biscuits and a preparation method thereof. The wafer biscuits are prepared from the following components in parts by weight: materials for wafer biscuit flakes and materials for sandwich filling, wherein the materials for the wafer biscuit flakes comprise flour, starch, oil, soda and alum, and the materials for sandwich filling are composed of 10 kilograms of whole milk powder, 4 kilograms of strawberry juice, 2 kilograms of citric acid, 4 kilograms of palm oil, 205 grams of maltodextrin and 0.14 kilogram of vanillin.
