The method comprises the following steps: (S1) measuring the wire diameter of an enameled wire of a motor, and selecting the size of a winding mold according to the wire diameter of the enameled wire of the motor; (S2) putting the enameled wire into a wire frame and fixing the selected mold into a mold hole of a workbench of a vertical winding machine; (S3) starting a power button of the vertical winding machine and setting the number of coil turns and the winding speed required by a product; (S4) fixing a winding cup into a cup hole of the vertical winding machine; (S5) pressing a start button of the vertical winding machine for winding; (S6) when the set number of coil turns is reached, making the vertical winding machine automatically stop winding; and (S7) cutting off the excess enameled wire and removing the mold to obtain the number of coil turns required by the product.
