The invention discloses a motor coil shaping method for a washing machine. The method comprises the following steps of: (S1) measuring the inner diameter of a to-be-shaped motor coil, selecting a corresponding iron core and fixing the iron core at the corresponding position of a press plate of a shaping machine; (S2) sleeving the iron core with a bundled inserting stator; (S3) selecting a mold which is matched with the to-be-shaped motor coil in size, vertically arranging the mold into a mold hole in the upper part of the shaping machine and fixing the mold by a locking screw; (S4) starting the shaping machine, making the upper mold descend until the motor coil is pressed into the appointed size and keeping the motor coil for 3-5 minutes; and (S5) raising the mold, removing the shaped motor coil from the stator, inspecting whether the size of the motor coil meets the requirements or not and completing the shaping procedure of the motor coil if the size of the motor coil meets the requirements.
