The invention discloses application of CSRP2 serving as a marker for evaluating prognostic risk of adult B-ALL patients. The application provided by the invention is particularly the application of a detection substance for detecting mRNA coding CSRP2 protein in preparation of a product for evaluating the prognostic risk of patients suffering acute b lymphoblastic leukemia or application in evaluation of the prognostic risk of the patients suffering acute b lymphoblastic leukemia.
