Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of lithium-ion batteries, and particularly relates to an electrolytic solution and a lithium-ion battery employing the same. The electrolytic solution comprises an organic solvent, an electrolyte and additives, wherein the additives include the additive A and the additive B; the additive A is selected from at least one of a sulfoxide compound, a sulfone compound, a sulphite compound, a sulphate compound and methylene methanedisulfonate; the additive B is selected from lithium difluorophosphate or at least one of the compounds as shown in a formula I. According to the electrolyte solution, DC impedance of the fresh lithium-ion battery and the DC impedance of a cycled battery can be reduced.
